I can feel your sadness and your pain
that you carry in your heart every day
but you cant continue to hold it all in

If you need to talk to a close
friend
then open up and talk to them

Because they will honestly understand

But if you just cant do that

Try putting a note in a balloon and write
down all
of your thoughts and emotions and feelings

And then pick a day and time to
release it in the wind along
with that feeling of being numb

And hopefully it will
land into
the hands of an angel

That way it can make it to heaven

And I can only hope that it will
give you the strength
and also the power to overcome

So that you can start healing
instead
of hurting all of the time

No one ever said it would be easy
for anyone,yet we all handle things
differently especially when we are
dealing with so much sadness and pain

Yet the first step to healing is the acceptance
of knowing
that you have done everything that could be done

And one thing is for certain
you
will heal in your own time

Whether it takes you a day or
it takes you almost a lifetime

I do have faith in you that you
will have the power to overcome
