'' Your Lust You Could Not Contain ''
Mid life crisis is but an excuse,
To give loved your loved ones dogs abuse,
You love the feeling of being obtuse.
The fact is you're going insane.
Whether female or male all you're trying to do,
Is prove you've still got the ability to woo,
It's a historical fact it's nothing new,
On a loved ones parade you will rain.
Of respect for others there's a total lack,
Even your own principles are under attack,
In the end believe me you'll suffer the flak,
When with you they refuse to remain.
Instead of treasuring what you have got,
Something exciting is what's now sought,
Those around you know you're talking rot,
But you refuse to feel their pain.
You ignore the warnings and do what you please,
When you socialise you think you're a tease,
Your lack of restraint becomes a disease,
From ridicule you refuse to abstain.
Your life then becomes a total farce,
The facts of your madness become very sparse,
To those who know you you're a pain in the arse,
On their lives you are but a drain.
What they think of you, you no longer care,
Of you being used you are not aware,
You're too caught up in your lurid affair,
Your outlook has become so vain.
One by one those who loved you depart,
In your new life they don't want to take part,
Suddenly you feel a twinge in your heart,
Your past you want to regain,
The problem is now it's far too late,
There's too much baggage too much weight,
They've gone now you've been left to your fate,
You are treated with total disdain.
With your pleas they refuse to engage,
You never took account of their rage,
Your actions had nothing to do with your age,
