I have been living on the edge as
of lately and I don't know
why things have turned out this way

But you can't keep
this good man down

Because I've been down this road before on
more than one occasion
and I'll climb right back up again some day

Because I have done it
before
and I will do it again

Because my mind is still
filled
with so much positivity

No one ever said life would be easy
because there are highs and lows
but one thing is for certain we
do learn many lessons along the way

That are so important in our journey

And in the long run we become
better than we ever use to be

And the devil can try to knock
me down and I guarantee you
I will get right back up again

Because I know in my heart that the good
Lord is beside me every step of the way

And for that reason alone I am
grateful
that he has never given up on me
