'' Over Happiness You Will Preside ''
We all have ability,
As well as fragility,
So be careful in life how you tread,
To create or destroy we have a capability,
Some lead whilst others are led.
It has been shown,
We do love to moan,
But actions are overruled by voice,
When confronted their cover is blown,
To rebel can be a difficult choice.
A confrontation,
Can cause elation,
Especially when surrounded by friends,
When left on your own you feel degradation,
You then wish you could make amends.
Telling lies,
To all it applies,
We've all done it at one time or another,
A method of deceit you then have to devise,
As the truth becomes harder to smother.
Envy and hate,
You cannot abate,
Soon your passion becomes overzealous,
To stick the knife in you just cannot wait,
Look in the mirror and ask why you're jealous.
Your Mother and Father,
Have you in a lather,
All they seem to do is cause strife,
What they've done for you is what you must gather,
Remember their love is for life.
Forgiveness is pure,
Of that please be sure,
Bearing grudges will destroy your soul,
Where there's a will try to find that cure,
Compassion you must try to enrol.
Stay true and strong,
Admit when you're wrong,
In your actions make sure you have pride,
Your contentment and others is what you'll prolong,
