He wore his maker's heart on sleeve
His time was now to take his leave
Joining family and friends this day
Walks hand in hand with Christ today
His tour upon a sphere called Earth
Would come to end but bring rebirth
Through Savior his he came to know
Of second chance and his new home
Be of good cheer and smile dear friends
Dear wife, my daughters please comprehend
That life goes on when you're called home
Home where no one is alone
You see God promised me a place
Filled with love and too His grace
To keep me until you too come
To live again in His Kingdom
Dear brothers mine who don't believe
There is a GOD, be not deceived
For one day too I will see you
Please make it so as this is true
Judgment befalls on mankind's sin
There still is time for could have been
Your place of refuge when time comes
Time too yours, His will be done
This place unlike your eyes will see
When too late is yours too believe
My love for you has prayed for change
Prayed for years, for you estranged
As GOD too loves and calls you sons
Sons of His yet to be won
Believe me though I am not there
There where once I too would share
His word, His love that mends the tears
Upon your heart this day you wear
I pray again for you to rise
Believe and see that mans failed tries
Will come to know an end to things
But not with GOD, blessed offering
The Sun will rise and rest this day
As too all life as is His way
Know Truth before darkness becomes
A home that burns with lost loved ones
