I never thought that I would have to say goodbye
because I honestly thought
that you would be around forever and a day
And when I found out that you had passed away
I could not believe it for the life of me
But when I came to grips with everything
I was faced with the truth of the reality
And all I could do was sob and cry
Because you were such an amazing human
being who had touched the hearts of many
And you were always so genuine and caring
and
loving and very kind in every possible way
And you would always go out
of
your way to help somebody
And that's what made you so special to everybody
Because you were genuine and
true up until the very end
And that's why you will
be so
deeply missed my friend
I know you wouldn't want me to cry
Because you would prefer that I smile
Because you had finally earned your
wings to fly
I will say that will never be that easy
Because you will be missed more than
you
could ever imagine that you could be
