There's No Gripe With The Kind Souls On Earth Here

My Heart Has Nothing But Gratitude To You
The Uncaring Are Just That
NOT My Friends Who Are Always Up To Bat
For Me They're Always There
The Uncaring Are Those Not Taking Time To Share
Even One Kind Word Or Gesture Of Help Along The Way
It's Their Compassion That Helps So Much In My Day
BUT MY MANY-A-FRIEND
THEY HAVE THIS AND THEN SOME WITHOUT END....
I was so happy
having loved ones near by,
no longer a baby
still dependent now I cry!
I wonder why then
how I was loved by all so,
now dependent I'm a burden
when help needed it's such a blow!
Well 1 day soon I'll be gone
and won't bother anymore,
maybe 1 day on those(uncaring)it will dawn
them needing help by the score!
They'll expect somebody to be there
no matter which way they turn,
but find out not all will care
when will What God Said everybody learn?
He said take time to help a friend in need
take time to help a stranger,
this now too I plead
cause being on my own I'm in danger!
Love your things but don't worship them please
Open up your heart to me I'm begging on my knees....
