Anyone who is truly wise,
Accepts commands within his eyes;
But if foolish having a thirst,
Is thrown in the fire head first.
When honest then you are secure,
While safe behind the locked door;
But if dishonest you will doubt,
Sooner or later be found out.
If you are winking with your eye,
You will have heartaches from a lie;
For foolish talk will make you thirst,
Causing you to be thrown headfirst.
Righteous talk are fountains of life,
But the wicked eat and drink strife;
Because of what they do conceal,
That they will beg, borrow and steal.
Love covers everything wrong,
But hate causes strife to prolong;
Wisdom is found upon each lip,
With understanding of each sip.
A rod is for not having sense,
Rock hard minds that are very dense;
Those who are wise store up knowledge,
And if wrong they will acknowledge.
Stubborn fools invite destruction,
Their hearts are filled with corruption;
The wealthy have financial strength,
To rebuild and double the length.
Poverty is ruining the poor,
Since they cannot open the door;
The wealthy will not let them in,
Because they are unclean within.
The righteous will have their reward,
When they go up and see the Lord;
And will harvest blessings within,
While the wicked harvests sin.
