Bragging inwardly when my friends saw you, Eating at a restaurant one evening, Admiring your beauty, their eyes like glue, Unsticking only when we were leaving, Together hand in hand as a couple, It made me feel bigger than who I am, First time I saw you I took a double, Unbelieving my eyes I said "Gotdamn!" Luminous shine coming right out your skin, Women are the gems of society, Obtaining a degree you should have been Majoring in college, gemmology, Acknowledging a woman's sacred role, Near the ground I bow and kiss your foot sole.
