So here you are reading this piece
A simple write to say the least
As simple things are all I know
To write about, truth Gods be told
Sometimes I wander, soul strays away
But GOD reels in this fish, this day
Another day to write one more
Before my time I come before
Before my Father as His son
To tell of things, that I have done
Account for what I tried and did
Explain when I fell off His grid
Another day to scribe and bring
One more to know, of Loves song sing
Before today becomes my yesterday
A few more words with you engage
Saint I'm not for I have sinned
GOD knows quite well where I have been
At times falling but rise I will
My tour not done, things yet fulfilled
Don't turn away until you see
The Life that came to set man free
To help a soul, know of salvation
To serve one more of God's creation
Another day will come to pass
Right by your eyes where shadows cast
To blind and rob you of the way
The Truth of Christ this very day
Today could be forever
