Poetic-Verses
'' We'll Soon Be As One ''
Worshipping the sun,
Was so much of fun,
Joy and laughter filled the air,
At dusk the light became undone,
It was gone but we didn't know where.
The flowers would rise,
When it appeared in the skies,
Our world would spring into life,
There was nothing in our lives to despise.
We'd gather crops without any strife,
The rivers that flowed,
They never slowed,
We treated them with the utmost respect,
The gift of life is what they bestowed,
With water we had to connect.
The plants and the trees,
Did far more than please,
They produced what we needed to live,
Their future here we had to appease,
Our oxygen is what they would give.
The oceans we adored,
Our food they stored,
They gave us the wind and the rain,
Polluting our seas we could not afford,
That would have caused more than pain.
Most would agree,
In the main we lived free,
Worshipping nature we all held dear,
For neglecting her rules there will be a fee,
That's why you're now living in fear.
The animals we spared,
With them we were paired,
With all other life forms we're linked,
For invisible deities we never cared,
Without each other we'll become extinct.
As nature evolves,
Our destruction it solves,
Very soon we'll become undone,
Everything alive around her revolves,
With extinctions,
' We'll Soon Be As One '
