Praise the Father of our Lord, To who is beloved and adored; And no longer are we enticed, Because of Lord Jesus Christ. The Father has blessed everyone, Through our Brother and His Son; Spiritual blessings that does flow, Coming from Heaven as we grow. Before the creation of earth, He chose us knowing the true worth; Through Christ to be holy and pure, Not to be tempted by the lure. Because of love He decided, To adopt if we abided; He freely chose for us to be, As adopted children are we. He chose so the kindness given, Unto us from up in Heaven; Would be given glory and praise, Through Jesus Christ His Son always. Through natural blood of His Son, God wanted to get the job done; For setting us free from the sin, That has corrupted us within. God forgives us of all failures, As a new creature He favors; Pouring out all His blessedness, Causing overflowing kindness. He poured out His kindness in light, Giving us wisdom and insight; For revealing His secret plan, That is mysterious to man.
