'' Do Not Get Involved ''
Secrets we divulge when feeling down,
A need to indulge does lift that frown,
A caring shoulder enters your heart,
Lifting that boulder is just the start.
You talk to each other contacts a must,
Reality you smother you give them your trust,
Before you know it it's a verbal affair,
You don't want to show it but you're caught in the glare.
When you want out the door slams shut,
In creeps the doubt you're stuck in a rut,
You want it to end they refuse to let go,
They won't waiver or bend which comes as a blow.
That person you believed is not what he seems,
You're feeling aggrieved he's shattered your dreams,
You let your heart sink your life is done,
You can't hear yourself think life is no longer fun.
Keep your eyes and mind clear they are all around,
To cause grief they're designed everywhere they're found,
On whom they prey they don't give a damn,
Their aim is affray with a battering ram.
Then you open your eyes you correct your error,
You then realise there's no need to feel terror,
You understand fully you have total control,
You're dealing with a bully who has lost his soul.
Though things we say we tend to forget,
It can cause affray yes lead to regret,
The answer is easy nothing needs resolved,
To stop things getting sleazy,
