How can I not cry
when in his arms I don't lie,
How can I not stand at his grave and weep
when I can't watch him sleep?
I used to check to make sure
that He was still breathing so cute and Pure,
Love was having Him physically
in my Home that He made it Be!
Now can't figure out why
on the computer am I,
don't hear much from many a person
hurts so much to think i may be forgotten!
Ask questions get no answer to
nobody fully understands what i'm going thru,
only 1 said happy new year
only 1 tried to bring some cheer!
Yes being overly sensitive
Yes barely survive not live,
but still around no less
my pain is getting old to some i guess!
Sorry to those i offend
but this weeping willow can't bend,
anymore for its limbs too broken
soon Peace will be awoken!
In the meantime doing the best i can
in a world Without My Most Precious Man,
the only person that was left who i could really depend
now all i seem to do is burden any friend!
I know others have lost a most special one
but they have people around....
till the day is done,
to help them come what may
for an ounce of compassion here in my parts i can only pray!
TRY so hard to be there
for others and show i care,
but how my heart still beats is a mystery
why i'm still here the reason impossible to see!
TRY to bring inspiration
TRY to show a different spin,
but lost is how i'm found
in a cruel world that dares to still spin around!
The truth is i don't want to be here
The fact i've died couldn't be more clear,
just waiting to be put in the ground
till then to burden i'll be duty bound!
