Mission Possible

An evil force has implemented a plan
A team has been assembled to strike against man
Phase one was complete in a garden far away
And all have fallen and lost their way
Yet even before that, a way was made
The score was settled, the debt repaid
A ransom was given, My blood was shed
Now all men are able to rise from the dead
Your mission; should you choose to except it
Is to hear the good news then go and spread it
Up into high hills and valleys down low
Shining a little light everywhere you go
To the desperate, the broken, the destitute
The addict, the pimp, and the prostitute
Go to the deserted and desolate place
Where they have not heard of My saving grace
Among the young and the old; the in between
Testify of your debt wiped totally clean
Shout from the house tops, shout from the sea
The world needs to know they were set free
Here in this book lay the instructions you need
Go without jealousy, envy, or greed
Go without hatred, malice, or strife
Take no thought of provisions of this life
Be aware that the enemy is always around
And will employ every method to take you down
His face is not the face you think you know
Your battle is not flesh but spiritual
His arrows will land to the left and the right
Weapons formed against you; all in your sight
Yet nothing formed against you will stand
Just follow your instructions, stick to the plan
You may get bruised, bumped, and scraped
But a way has already been made for your escape
All that you need is at your request
Throughout there is training and certain test
This is only to make you strong
Just stay on the path and you can’t go wrong
Stay faithful and vigilant until My return
And you will receive the reward you earn
Again you mission, should you choose to accept it
Is to hear the good news then go out and spread it
