We've all fallen down from time to time
and that is when we must stay focused
to allow ourselves to get back up again
as fast as we possibly can
And sure that is much
easier said than done
But as long as we are
breathing and living
and not six feet undergound
We must do our
very best
to get our composure
back together again
to keep on moving on
Everything in life happens
in our lives for a reason
that we may not understand
Until it actually happens to us
And when it does it can be very
difficult for us to comprehend
But things do happen
unexpectedly
from time to time
Whether it be from the sudden
loss of a loved one
which in my mind is the hardest one
Then there is sickness and even financial
difficulties
that really can and does knock us down
Healing and rebuilding takes time
that is something
that I have had to learn on my own
One thing is for certain the good Lord
will carry your burdens
and he will lift your spirit when you are down
Just put your trust in him and with time and time
alone you can and will recover and heal
so that you can get back to being yourself again
