First thing I do
I go to my computer
Check the obituaries
If not there
It is a good day
I won't pass away peacefully
I'll be kicking and screaming
Confessions not for me
I talk in person with the Lord
Sometimes we do not agree
But bottomline the Lord is in charge
Then I go to the local news

Latest game is to follow the few who win home
I then ask the Lord
"Lord, how can there be that many evil persons
One I can believe but four men?
All with Muslim sounding names
Lord,bring back the fifties and sanity
Maybe some of them should pass away peacefully."

When they catch the killer he has a rap sheet a mile long
Lord put him out of his misery not a short stay in jail
Another couple killed by a DWI driver third offense
Are we crazy or what? And packing a gun
Time to take a shower and face the day
