You are a good servant of Christ,
Always has so much sacrificed;
Anytime you have pointed out,
You have never left any doubt.
Never any doubt where you stand,
How others tread on sinking sand;
You have been nourished by the Word,
By the Christian faith we have heard.
Excellent teachings you follow,
A piercing sword that is hallow;
Having nothing to do with gods,
Mythical idols that are frauds.
Refuse profane and old wives tales,
The yarns that an old sailor sails;
Believing them causes you strife,
So just train in a godly life.
Training the body might help some,
But spiritually you feel glum;
Godly living helps all the way,
Keeping you from going astray.
Godly living will give you hope,
When faced with strife so you can cope;
The promise of life for today,
And in the next coming your way.
Faithful is always the saying,
Deserves acceptance when praying;
We work hard and struggle with strife,
Trying to live a godly life.
With confidence in the Living God,
Who heals the scars where we are flawed;
For He is the Savior of all,
More so believers standing tall.
Insist on these things being taught,
Answer the probing questions sought;
Letting no one look down on you,
With a satanic point of view.
