'' You'll Be Walking On Air ''
In life when we reach a particular junction,
There's a feeling of total despair,
Our brain and our minds refuse to function,
At one time we've all been there.
There's no way out you can't see the light,
From life you need to beware,
You don't have the will to put up a fight,
The truth is you no longer care.
A marital breakdown the loss of a life,
A mistake you can't seem to repair,
So many reasons for the causes of strife,
Life sometimes just isn't fair.
Events that happen outwith your control,
A judgement you don't want to declare,
You dig yourself deeper into that hole,
Of the consequences you become less aware.
Before you know it you're filled with aggression,
You're in a state of disrepair,
Then you enter a state of depression,
Good days become very rare.
There is a way back it's there in your face,
Where there's a will you can see through the glare,
But your spirit and friends you need to embrace,
Your intentions you need to declare.
Never give in it's the easy way out,
Now's the time to show you have flair,
Believe in yourself and get rid of self-doubt,
Self-pity will only impair.
That crossroads in life will be part of your past,
You're problems you're now willing to share,
What lies ahead will be unsurpassed,
Very soon,
