With eyes a golden brown
A cheeky little smile
You seldom see her frown
She loves to work at drawing
And all other kinds of art
I tell her girly stories
And she loves to take a part
She works with Nannie Angel
Making things and such
Sorts out Grandpas garden
She helps him oh so much
Her smile is sweet as sunshine
And she is very clever
But sitting still is hard for her
And she is such a blether
Mia will succeed in life
For only eight years old
She is bright and full of plans
For when she grows so old
Eighteen years seems so grown up
And twenty... just can`t be
She can`t believe that time will come
That she`ll be old like me
But honey bee believe in me
For I will tell you truth
