Anyone who knows me knows I love animals
I am especially fond of Dogs
I am much more fond of my dog over yours
So if you visit me leave Fidel at home
One girl actually said, "Gee she's housebroken at home!"
Another "Pet Peeve", of mine puppy love
Those little tiny dogs sitting on the drivers lap
I was given a $102 ticket for not wearing a seat belt
Even though I was attaching my seat belt as I pulled to the road
That I am older than the highest posted speed limit
And have never once needed the use of a seat belt
Knock on wood I am a little superstitious
And I do believe in the use of Seat belts
The explanation, "You cannot even start your car if seat belt not attached."
She was saving my life, nah a revenue ticket
I have not been in an accident 50 years of driving
I don't drink, text, stop fully at stoplights
and my phone is old fashioned no video games
What I don't have is a puppy sitting on my lap
Three times this week I saw drivers with puppies on their laps
Or running around the driver in the front seat
One guy had his eyes completely off the road kissing Fido
I asked the court to have a hearing on my violation
I had not had a moving violation in ten years
Surely not a non moving attaching seat belt
Seat belts are non debatable I guess dogs do not
have to have drivers licenses if poppa trained
Nothing as I said about dogs several have owned me
