To sit, be still, quietly relaxed,
and be alone with ones self...
no external interference.
To be unafraid of ones thoughts,
comfortable inside.
No need for constant worry,
of having to be proven.
To be alone and not be lonely,
and learn, to enjoy,
ones own company.
