what lies within us:
our heart we have to learn to trust:
what is behind us is over, done and through:
whats behind us is a done deal, now there is nothing you can do;
what lies in us:
our heart we have to learn to trust:
what challenges in front of us, that we will some come to face:
be calm , be patient, do not run before you walk, do not move too fast, in haste:
what lies within us:
our heart we have to learn how to trust:
the things that you believe in, can happen:
if you think that you can win, then you might then:
what lies within us:
our heart we have to learn to trust:
what happened, yesterday, and yesteryear:
is past tense, and no longer here:
whats going to happen tomorrow, and down the road:
worrying about it too much now, will today take the focus off what you carry today, and will increase your load:

if we dwell on the mistakes, of past, and if we worry, about the happenings of tomorrow, today, what we deal with we will bust:
