For such a long time
We have been friends
I just don't want that
To ever have to end
I don't think it's worth the risk
Even though we both enjoyed
Our very first kiss
I didn't feel that spark
I'm speaking from the heart
I'm sorry if I caused confusion
But what we have got
It just isn't worth losing
You want the next level
But I'm staying here
I do hope as a friend
You will always be near
