Welcome to My Poetry Site
Gaze into the child's eyes,
and see the look of wonder,
everything is new to them,
a rock,a shell, an autumn leaf,
to them it's all amazing.
To see them touch and feel the water,
and listen to their glee,
to splash about in life's great joys,
and fill our hearts with gladness.
To stand beside them at the shores,
as they shake bewildered,
and sense the aweness,
that is theirs,
as they look in wonder.
