Welcome to My Poetry Site

Placed in its holder,
Unwrapped and brand new,
Strike a match ,
Light the wick,
oh so does the candle glow.

The melting wax,
Resembles sweat,
As it drips and flows.

It burns away slowly,
and yet it burns so bright.

In the end,
when nothings left,
the flame flickers,
and then goes out,
never to light again.

And so too in life,
when our light goes out,
and burns no more,
We to will fade away.
