Welcome to My Poetry Site

I sit beside your watered edge,
As you pass on by.
Your depth is mere inches,
But oh so crystal clear.
Not a sound do you make,
Smallest ripples on your face,
So gently do you flow away,
calmly and serene.
The sunlight passes through,
The leaves and the branches,
their image painted on the bottom.
The water moves so slowly,
it doesn't change a thing.
Everything reflected,
Such a peaceful little stream.
