when you feel, stressed, you can not get no rest;
right now it is 0410--in the morning,i just cant fall asleep, with the stress that i now feel, i am so far from my best:
         i know, that i have to IMPROVISE--ADAPT--AND OVERCOME:
         AND I DO KNOW, SECURE,  THAT  ALL   BATTLES   THROUGH   CHRIST ARE FOUGHT AND WON:
so i have no doubt, that i am going to rise above this all and i will win:
so let this little poem come to humble me, as i change my life, rearrange my life, and the positive momentum, and iron will to succeed, now right here, right now, this moment at early morning begin:
        i just cant seem to shake this persistant constant hacking cough:
        i know its because right here, right now, i cant stop my mind what i feel, and cant turn this stress off:
i know that i need to regroup, and establish my positive momentum:
so, im writing this poem in the dark, just WAITING--WAITING--WAITING --for the morning sun:
        all aliments, diseases, and mental disabilities, stem from stress:
        stealing away your rest, making you feel so much less, and keeping you from being your very best;
when your really stressed out, and its four in the morning, and still you just cant fall asleep:
then you realize, that there is something that is disturbing you greatly deep:
        when someone who you love, so special ,close and near:
        it hurts and pains you so great, that you cant tell them what you feel inside, because what you feel and want to say--they just shun you, ignore you, with silence, --and what you have to say--it matters not--because you they dont want to hear:

when you are stressed, you get little rest:
it robs you of your peace serenity --holding you back from being your best:

for in our life, living and love, everything it is a challenge, sometimes an uphill battle,that we have to just continue to keep on a keeping on, fighting the good fight:
JUST HANG  IN THERE BABY, SOON YOU WILL SEE THE MORNING LIGHT:
