For every deed,
There's a knock on effect,
So always take heed,
Whatever you select.
There's a consequence,
For every action,
Use common sense,
It has an attraction.
Think of others,
Before you act,
Arrogance smothers,
Use some tact.
Don't do to others,
That, which you hate,
Integrity it smothers,
Remorse is your fate.
Never try to please all,
It's an impossible dream,
Always stand tall,
Though you may want to scream.
If advice is required,
Never feel shame,
The truth gets you fired,
It will light your flame.
Self-esteem's not a sin,
Despite what some say?
It's what you are within,
That determines your day.
When you look back,
Make sure it's with pride,
To keep you on track,
