More than a muse By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
Feelings and thoughts melt on the wall and rot.
Like the hands we use to hold.
But the hands fell off the clock.
Looks and glances in between ticks and talks.
Time took it over.
Turned words into washed chalk.
A heart shaped hole in my chest.
You know you shaped it best.
I read your words on the wall.
The three you can't confess.
Your voice echoes like a timeless caress.
Your more than a muse.
I've always needed less.
