We Can Do All Things Through Christ
At times the mountain set before us
Seems impossible to climb!
The diagnosis too discouraging...
It's like racing against time!
We wrestle with emotions which
Inflate to high then plunge!
Soaking up the "what if" syndrome
Like some tired and thirsty sponge!
We've parked faith into the parking lot
And just left it sitting there!
And we, again, put hope on hold
While we wonder is life fair!
Yes, into each life some rain must fall
And at times it's really storming!
Yet if we know Who calms the wind
The waves should never be alarming!
Our hearts have listened to the lie
"I just simply cannot do it"
But we can do all things through Christ...
The Truth will guide us through it.
When we feel weak, He is our strength!
When we're weary He's our power!
When we're afraid He is our courage!
We can't let Satan make us cower!
Uncertain? He makes us feel secure!
He's no farther than His promise!
Can we believe what He has said?
Or are we just a doubting Thomas?
He bids us all to come to Him...
In Him we'll find that rest.
Is anything too hard for Him?
Is any trial? Is any test?
Remember David killed a giant
With just a tiny little stone!
And we can move a mountain
By trust and faith in God alone!
Yes, we can do all things through Christ...
It is promised and it's true.
A sky that's very black today
On the morrow can turn blue!

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. 1 Samuel 16:45
Then said David to the Philistine, You come to me with a sword
, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to you in the name
of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom
you have defied.
Matthew 17:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief,
for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of
mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove
hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing
shall be impossible unto you.
Matthew 11:28
Comeuntome, all ye that labour and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.
