Change me someday By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
I waschasing the swan the trumpeter of spring
A diamond tearcleansed my eyes as I chased autumn
The warmth blankets me in my homing nest of peace
Every time a color changes
The falling of a leaf is raked
The drone of the honeybees is a dance for communication
If they are gone— What is left for us our plants?
We seed truth and the brilliance enhances the world
One time I changed I clung to my tree
I was raked
Change me someday— The wind will turn the leaves
A morning frost melts. A chatter in the forest
The squirrels and robins
In a relaxation, I doze off with a simple dream.
It told me to wait
Change me someday- I need patience to change me
A leafy caterpillar crawls…
Someday its wings open— The patterns unfolding
When my life is carried on like a rolling dew on leaf
It lands on cold stone
Change me someday- the beating of water drips rhythm
And when it stops
Just soak it in— The light of warmth of day…
A heavenly autumn silence
