Deep in the dark corners of my room.
There you will find the closet of doom.
It has been my sanctuary for so many years.
But it self-destructs and brings me to tears.
It is in these dark places that you will surely find.
Those tiny shards of glass that control your mind.
All poured into the little spoon on the shelf.
And the devil deserted me in my cries for help.
Going ninety miles a minute with no direction.
Not a single soul that I could find a connection.
Did I hit or miss, did I make a reception?
Or was it all just a big misconception.
Those are the years of my life I will never forget.
The years of my life that I will forever regret.
But I am thankful now for my head being straight.
And as the time passes it will be lifting the weight.
