PRAYERS FOR EULA

EACH DAY, AS I SIT BESIDE YOU,
 WATCHING YOU, LYING THERE,
WITH LOTS OF MACHINES,
ALL AROUND YOU, WORKING HARD,
EVEN ONE, GIVING YOU AIR.
MY MIND, IT RACES BACK,
TO MEMORIES, WHEN WE WERE SMALL,
MAKING ANGELS, IN THE SNOW,
SOCKS FOR GLOVES,
AND THROWING SNOWBALLS.
I KNOW, AS YOU LAY THERE, FIGHTING,
EACH DAY,  FOR YOU IS HARD.
EVEN  AT TIMES, WHEN,
YOUR RESTING WELL,
I KNOW, THAT YOU ARE TIRED.
WE'RE SENDING PRAYERS,
TO GOD IN HEAVEN,
FOR HIS LOVING, HEALING TOUCH,
BY FAITH, OUR PRAYERS,
WILL BE ANSWERED,
SHOWING HIS LOVE, FOR US IS MUCH.
AS THE TEARS FLOW,
FROM ALL OUR EYES,
OUR HEARTS, OUR LORD DOES KNOW,
OUR PRAYERS TO HIM, WE'RE SENDING,
IS TO KEEP, YOU HERE, AND NOT LET YOU GO.
