Anchor weight By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
I acknowledge full well the reality.
I don't ignore what's burning at my feet.
It's just that there's no way to fix it.
Believe me, I've spent all my life trying.
So if you wanna go, I'll understand.
It's not me that you have anything with.
I get blinded by the light you carry anyway.
There's no room in your heart for an anchor
weight.
I accept full well the responsibility.
I don't ignore the fact that I ignore me.
It's just that there's no way to fix it.
Believe me, I've spent all my life trying.
So if you wanna go, I'll understand.
It's not me that you have anything with.
I get blinded by the light you carry anyway.
There's no room in your heart for an anchor
weight.
All my friends have asked me this before.
It's always complicated in the long run.
It's hard to admit that you are the problem.
But solving a problem starts with knowing
there is one.
So if you wanna go, I'll understand.
It's not me that you have anything with.
I get blinded by the light you carry anyway.
There's no room in your heart for an anchor
weight.
