Like a man casting shadows I am standing in line
Looking down upon the remnants of merciless sight
My own ache for dirt as the earth is my plight
And my heart cries aloud midst the constraints of life
Call it love or compassion combined with wellspring of passion
Amid the darkness of dawn my mind wonders each night
Yet my eyes every morning look and see all before me
And in the pixels of passion I find strength for the fight
