A hardened heart hides in the dark,
Between the bars of a cell that's stark.
It waits to start or fall and part
From the body, that calls it art
With all its barbs and twisted scars.
He finds perfection in what's marred,
Admiring what Harm carefully carved.
Accepting pain with open arms,
It ignites what's darkened, with a spark
That burns away hurt's sticky tar.
Healing pain with pain, ignoring thealarms.
