I see the vacant eyes
stare back at me with blink-less wonder
a whirlwind of different emotions and
different ethnicity's in a melting pot
of poverty and prejudice
jamming to the hollow tune
of bullets and bombs
blasting through their homes and town
too petrified in fear to fight back
while barking dogs and blue suited men
march throughout the streets with the defining sirens
roaring throughout the night....
