Loves faded echos ring
in my ears
Taking me back to our love
Among the ghost dreams
of yesterdays love
My heart flies in the clouds
singing songs with friends
I once knew
Dancing to the tunes of old rock
and the blues
As daffodils sway in the distance
My dreams of the past
are seen in the future
They follow my life as I walk
through dark tunnels
Reflecting my life in sections
Two sided mirror reflects
another life lived
Too many voices sing in my head
A parallel place of existence
Flows beside me
I've lived a life beyond
Feeling old friends walking beside
Tunes of a life lived now intertwine
I sense them near me all the time
A small feeling
Like someone walked past
A quick turn of my head
Only shows shadows drifting.
