I thought I could control myself
My little monsters locked up
Silent for just a moment
Then they start knocking on the door
Slowly, almost gentle
Oh they are warning me
I thought I could control myself
But my little monsters are running free
Growing bigger and bigger
Darkening all the rooms in my house
I thought I could control myself
But now I am afraid of the blackness surrounding me
And the hand that pulls me into the dark
I let him touch me, pull me away from the light
Because I know there is no one else reaching for me
