Take a walk,
If you will,
Along the beaver pond.
Stop and sit,
And you will see,
The pond is full of life.
The beaver swims about,
Gathering up its food.
So too the squirrels,
In the trees,
Collecting all the nuts.
The heron walks the shore,
Looking for a meal.
The birds fly by,
To and fro,
Picking at the seeds.
Suddenly your spotted...
The squirrel starts to bark,
The beaver slaps its tail.
The heron flies away,
to the other side,
the birds now all are silent,
Quiet all around.
They wait now for you to leave,
and continue on with life.
