I KEEP ON WALKING...

I KEEP ON WALKING

You're the smile that touches my darkest moods
The hand that sketches marmalade clouds
You're my silver spun twilight, when day is done
The bed of tranquility when I've lost my sun

~~~~~~~~
You're the rhyming of quilled words
You're my diary of rainbows promised
The slanted moonlight in a glass of wine
Blending with nature, you're one of a kind
~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~
So rugged and gentle, yet smiling and sad
You're the earthman that threaded my dreams
Not like stick people in their world of glass
Shedding dreams of dust amid paintings of grass
~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~
The personality of any day, leaves many fond traces
In the play of time and its maze of faces
My cosmetic smile inside life's musical play
As I keep on walking and reflecting the day
~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~
Because of --- YOU!!
Je Continue à Marcher
