Bunch of innocence
Hugging knee tight to her bosoms
Curled up in cosy bed she sleeps
Still looks as pure as milky white
Fingers clutch me tightly in fear
As I trail hands towards her legs
Lifting my girl's skirt a bit above
Eyes welcome painful sight of scars
Fresh tears threaten to break barrier
I open eyes with great difficulty
same girl whom I saw 20yrs back
That day 3 year old lost her innocence
That day started the battle of life
She can fight with the whole world
Terribly failed to fight within herself
Today she stands before judiciary
Judge narrows his eyes on her claim
As the man gives a smirk of victory
Her lashes lowers in defeat once again
All I do is to witness, just witness it
As a helpless mom of harassed kid
As a helpless mom of Raped daughter
