Blind awake
Cannot be here lord why am I here
I pray each night for your glory to wake this ones heart
For just a moment I found her but something held me back
Always and forever still in love but shes off track
And I pray even if there is nothing for me
For it was not just my gain I was worried about
I cared but I see that love Is not for me
For in all its glory it just fades away like leaves
And if I try to ask her for my heart back
She would stomp on it first and then laugh
She told me once and threatened family
promised to wipe them out if I left
I had to go blind with love I still walked away
Help her lord if not for me for herself
