Falling into the hands of God, Can be a terrifying thing; When you do not honor and laud, Since it may cause His wrath to bring. Please always remember the past, When you first have learned of the truth; For the pain and hardship did last, Made you arrogant and uncouth. You endured much hardship and pain, Being publicly insulted; Mistreating made you go insane, The Lord you never exalted. Your focus was not on the Lord, Consort with those treated this way; But God was completely ignored, As Satan had led you astray. You had suffered with prisoners, Never cheerful of the pleasures; Even walked on by foreigners, And stealing all of your treasures. But do not lose your confidence, It will bring you a great reward; And with God is your best defense, So make amends unto the Lord. For you must have the endurance, So that after all has been done; Listen to God for assurance, When you are praying through the Son. What He promised you can receive, As long as you have made Him pleased; And showing Him you do believe, God will cure where you are diseased. The one who is coming comes soon, If you live by faith God does approve; When you hear the horn play its tune, Christ wipes iniquities to remove.
