lost and then found

Taxes

Will this be a new day
Cast your troubles away
For we are only human
but we start out for our day
maybe have a breakfast and coffee before
The set out to take on our work like before
There may be distractions
If she wants you to stay
But you push on and take on the busy work day
No rest for the wicked
Or even the righteous anymore
We are taxed so heavy
no margin evens the score
And then we get flustered
Because its to much
The taxes have taken a few hundred bucks
Our money was taken for its not ours no more
The taxes wernt ask for
We cant give anymore
Then they take us to prison
For having a meal
Should have given your taxes
instead of eating your meal
It cost more to feed us on food stamps and greed
Than cutting these taxes so we can succeed
We need all our programs that just what they are
A siphon of money not your money no more
We fight for our freedom
Then they tell us we need
To have health insurance look at our good deed
What they didn't tell you
Is if you don't pay in
They will give you a Penalty and chase your money away
Then you cant file your taxes
And its thousands a day
So where is the freedom
I'm taxed 50%
And where is justice
I cant cover my rent
