I have a mountain to climb
i know that i can do it, one breath, one step, and minute by minute, hour by hour, one day at a time
My feet feel so heavy, as if i am walking through mud
As within me, i carry so much, baggage, and crud
i have a mountain to climb
i cant give up, gotta keep on, pressing forward, gotta get to the top, of the mountain, and feel the warmth of the sunshine
I am well, on my way
As i move forward, slow but sure, and consistantly, humbly i pray
for i know my mission in mind
and that is to reach the top of this mountain, and bask in the sun, and feelgreat sunshine
I now have a good head start
But to continue, this mission, and focus, slowly breath by breath, minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day, is the hardest part
for i have a mountain to climb,
just as we all face our challenges, in our own life living and love, we have to simply keep faith, hold onto hope, pray, relax, stay focused, do it your own way, to thine ownself always stay true, and when you are ready, really ready, you will climb your own mountain, you will face your greatest fears and sterp by step, you will just begin one day, and as simple as that is, thats it. With faith and hope, you will climb your mountain, in your own time
