The Cariboo's calling
And I must respond.
Just like a wild thing
I'm heading home.

And I hear, the pine trees whisper my name
And I hear the coyotes playing my game.

CHORUS:

And I see the hay fields waving me on,
Where snowflakes keep falling so peaceful and calm.

CHORUS:

To fresh air and sunshine, it's waiting for me
And this time tomorrow that's where I'll be.

CHORUS:

Last line:  The Cariboo's calling ...
