Canoe Ride
Life is like a canoe ride
down the long river
We begin it with all the
enthusiasm and vigor
As we start getting into
the main flow
The stress of keeping afloat
starts to grow
One never knows what lies
around the bend
And can never be sure of
how the ride will end
