A woman a man and a boy were walking
A first it seemed playful
I was shadowed in the darkness unseen
No man strikes a woman if I am around
She struck him in the play
I was powerless an apparition
He punched her to the ground
A car of kids stopped and one jumped out
Just a boy he was all over the man
I awoke swinging and thrashing
